販売価格以外に必要となる費用
予約ページ等に別途表示する費用がある場合、その内容および金額を事前に表示します。通信費、交通費、旅行保険料等、Guest自身が負担する費用は宿泊料金に含まれません。
支払方法
クレジットカード／銀行振込／その他
支払時期
予約時に宿泊料金の50%を支払い、残額50%を到着日の30日前までに支払うものとします。ただし、到着日の30日前を過ぎて予約する場合は、予約時に宿泊料金全額を支払うものとします。
サービス提供時期
予約した到着日から出発日までの宿泊期間。チェックインは原則として15:00以降、チェックアウトは10:00までです。
最低宿泊日数
14泊
申込みの有効期限
予約ページに別途申込み期限または販売期間を表示する場合、その期間に限ります。
キャンセル・解約
予約確定後のキャンセルについては、下記の「キャンセル・解約について」に定める条件が適用されます。
キャンセル方法
Guestは、キャンセルを希望する場合、info@watsunagi.org 宛にメールで連絡してください。
返品・交換
宿泊サービスの性質上、物品の返品・交換はありません。宿泊予約のキャンセル・解約については、下記のキャンセルポリシーが適用されます。
予約の成立
予約申込み後、所定の支払いが確認され、当社から予約確認を送信した時点で予約が成立します。

キャンセル・解約について
到着日の31日前まで
予約時にお支払いいただいた50%のデポジットは返金されません。
到着日の30日前から15日前まで
予約内容およびキャンセル時期に応じて、宿泊料金の全部または一部をキャンセル料として申し受ける場合があります。具体的なキャンセル料は、予約時に表示されたキャンセルポリシーに従います。
到着日の14日前以降
キャンセルの場合、予約された宿泊料金の全額を申し受けます。
No-show（無断不泊）
事前の連絡なく到着されなかった場合、予約された宿泊料金の全額を申し受けます。
滞在開始後の途中退去
Guestの都合により予定より早く退去した場合、未使用期間について原則として返金はありません。ただし、上記のキャンセル料その他の費用については、適用される法律により認められる範囲に限ります。
重要事項
オンラインで予約を行う場合、予約を確定する前に、宿泊料金、宿泊期間、支払時期、キャンセル条件その他の契約条件をご確認ください。
当社は、日本の法令に従い、必要な場合には予約確認、支払確認その他の契約に関する情報を電子メールその他の電磁的方法により提供します。

Description of Services
Accommodation at Tazawako Onsen Coliving and any additional services expressly stated at the time of booking.
Price
Prices including consumption tax are displayed on each accommodation plan and booking page.
Additional Costs
If any additional fees or costs apply, their nature and amount will be displayed in advance on the relevant booking page or otherwise notified before booking. Communication costs, transportation costs, travel insurance premiums, and other expenses incurred by the Guest are not included in the accommodation fee.
Payment Methods
Credit card / Bank transfer / Other payment methods specified at the time of booking
Payment Timing
50% of the total accommodation fee is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before the arrival date. If a booking is made less than 30 days before the arrival date, the full accommodation fee is due at the time of booking.
Service Period
The accommodation period from the booked arrival date through the booked departure date. Check-in is generally from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 10:00 a.m.
Minimum Stay
14 nights
Application Period
If a separate application deadline or sales period is specified on the relevant booking page, bookings are accepted only during that period.
Cancellation / Termination
Cancellations after a booking has been confirmed are subject to the cancellation policy set out below.
How to Cancel
To cancel a booking, the Guest must contact us by email at info@watsunagi.org.
Returns / Exchanges
Due to the nature of accommodation services, there are no returns or exchanges of goods. Cancellations and termination of accommodation bookings are subject to the cancellation policy below.
Formation of the Booking Contract
A booking becomes confirmed when the required payment has been received and we have sent the Guest a booking confirmation.

Cancellation and Termination Policy
31 days or more before the arrival date
The 50% deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.
30 to 15 days before the arrival date
Depending on the booking terms and the timing of the cancellation, all or part of the accommodation fee may be charged as a cancellation fee. The specific cancellation fee applicable to each booking is stated in the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking.
14 days or fewer before the arrival date
If the Guest cancels the booking, the full accommodation fee for the reserved stay will be charged.
No-show
If the Guest does not arrive and has not contacted us in advance, the full accommodation fee for the reserved stay will be charged.
Early departure after the stay has commenced
If the Guest voluntarily departs earlier than the scheduled departure date, the unused portion of the stay will generally not be refunded. However, any cancellation fees or other charges will apply only to the extent permitted under applicable laws and regulations.
Important Information

In accordance with applicable laws and regulations of Japan, we may provide booking confirmations, payment confirmations, and other information relating to the accommodation contract by email or other electronic means where required.
