Rates are per night, and the minimum stay is 2 weeks. The longer you stay, the lower your nightly rate — discounts are applied automatically based on your total length of stay. Rates vary by season: Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter (our ski season) — Spring and Autumn share the same rate.
Spring and Autumn are priced the same (shown together below as “Spring/Autumn”). Nearby ski slopes typically open around December 25 each year — right at the start of our Winter season. / 春と秋は同一料金です（下記では「Spring/Autumn」として表示）。近隣のスキー場は例年12月25日頃にオープンし、ちょうど冬季シーズンの始まりと重なります。
